  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are only applicable for items that meet the following conditions:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
    • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos).
    • Custom embroidery errors caused by ThreadlyCrafts (not based on incorrect designs or information provided by the customer).

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items that are customized as per the customer’s design but match the approved preview.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    • The item was delivered damaged, defective, or not as per your approved design.
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our support team at support@threadlycrafts.com to initiate a return.
    • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with evidence (photos/videos).
    • You will receive return instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • For eligible returns due to mistakes on our end, ThreadlyCrafts will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Exchanges

  • ThreadlyCrafts does not offer exchanges for custom items unless they are defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

4. Custom Orders

  • Please note: Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, items that meet the approved design preview cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
